Terms & Conditions

Bookings made on our website are requests. A booking is only confirmed once we have confirmed it with you and your deposit has been paid.

All treatments are subject to availability.

A minimum spend of £100 per person is required per booking in central London (Zone 1), and £55 per person everywhere else. Hotels follow the same rule based on their postcode. Hotels across the UK and central London addresses use our London & Hotel menu. Hotels outside London and the surrounding counties are arranged by enquiry rather than booked online. We reserve the right to alter your treatments and/or times on the day if necessary. We will always try our best to reschedule to a mutually suitable date and/or time.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all bookings. Treatments cannot be booked or held without a deposit.

If we have at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a new date within 6 months, or converted to a gift voucher valid for 6 months. Once rescheduled, the deposit cannot be transferred again.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the Reservations Team on enquiries@mobilespacompany.co.uk. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the day of your visit means the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

All deposits are non-refundable except in mitigating circumstances and will be at the discretion of Mobile Spa Company.

Methods of payment: we accept all major credit cards. Gift vouchers can be used to secure bookings but will be treated as the deposit payment and are therefore subject to the deposit and cancellation terms.

Any group of 3 or more clients will be subject to the terms and conditions of pamper parties. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. The balance is due, and treatments must be finalised, 7 days before the booking. Please provide two large bath towels per guest. The minimum booking is 4 hours per therapist.

We require 7 days' notice to cancel any pamper party or group booking. If these cancellation terms are not followed, your deposit will be withheld. If they are followed, your deposit may be transferred to another booking once.

If your treatments are within the next 7 days, we require the full balance at the time of booking.

Treatments will need to be decided and finalised 7 days prior to the booking, or at the time of booking where this is already within the next 7 days.

If you wish to have additional therapists without meeting the minimum requirements, you will still be charged for 4 hours per therapist.

Couples treatments that are carried out simultaneously will be subject to our pamper party costing per hour, per therapist. A minimum booking of 1 hour per therapist is required for all couples packages and treatments.

If a guest in your group cancels outside these cancellation terms, their treatment cannot be refunded. It can be passed on to another member of the group, as long as they have no contraindications for it.

We will arrive up to 15 minutes before your treatment, to allow you time to complete your health questionnaire before your treatments.

Please note that treatment time includes the health consultation as well as your chosen treatment.

Regrettably, late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduction of treatment time or even cancellation if the treatment cannot be performed in the time left available. In some circumstances we may be able to reschedule your treatment time if you are late, however this is often not possible due to the busy nature of the company and therapists.

As Mobile Spa Company is reserved for adults only, children under the age of 16 are not permitted to undergo any type of treatment without the consent of a parent. All children must be accompanied by their consenting parent or guardian throughout the duration of their treatment.

Please tell us about any medical conditions, however big or small, before your treatment. A full consultation will be completed on arrival.

If your therapist identifies a contraindication, your chosen treatment may need to be changed, or you may be unable to have it.

For expectant mothers we have specially designed treatments for during pregnancy and for nursing mothers.

During the first trimester (weeks 1 to 12) we can only offer facials, manicures and pedicures. From the second trimester (13 weeks) we can also offer our Pre Natal massage and our Mother To Be package (a Pre Natal massage followed by a facial). No other body treatments are offered during pregnancy.

Parking charges over £5 incurred by our therapists are added to your bill. Please let us know about parking and access arrangements when booking.

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise for promotional purposes). Vouchers issued instead of a cancelled deposit are valid for 6 months.

Each voucher has its own code. Any unused balance stays on the voucher until it expires. If a posted gift card is lost, we can replace it with a new code.

Gift vouchers can be used to secure bookings but will be treated as the deposit payment and are therefore subject to the deposit and cancellation terms.

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to availability.

Mobile Spa Company will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage or consequential loss, however caused, to our clients' property and belongings unless it is solely due to the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability for personal injury or death resulting from the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents, or to affect your statutory rights.

Mobile Spa Company reserves the right at any time, and without prior notice, to change these terms and conditions.
