Who is responsible for your information?

Mobile Spa Group Ltd, trading as Mobile Spa Company, is responsible for your information. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17134232. Information we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number and treatment address, your booking details and treatment choices, whether each client is male or female, and any cultural, religious or personal requirements you tell us about. We also collect health information you give us when booking: medical conditions, allergies and whether a client is pregnant, including the trimester.

Enquiry forms collect contact details, event dates, locations, numbers of guests, treatment preferences and the notes you provide. Gift voucher requests collect the buyer's contact details, the recipient's name, any message and email address, and a postal address if you choose a posted card. Reviews collect your name, rating, feedback and any optional area or treatment. Newsletter sign-ups record your email address, your consent, the date and the page you signed up on. Please avoid including health information in general enquiry notes.

How we use your information

We use your contact, booking and treatment details to arrange and provide your treatments, and to respond to enquiries and voucher requests. Our lawful basis is that this is necessary to enter into or carry out our contract with you.

We only use health information and personal requirements with your explicit consent, which you give when booking, so we can treat you safely and respectfully. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us, although we may then be unable to provide some treatments.

We send our newsletter only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Approved reviews may be published with the name and optional details you submit. We keep business and financial records because the law requires us to.

Storage, access and retention

Only authorised Mobile Spa Company staff can see your information. We use these service providers to run our website, and they process personal data on our behalf:

• Lovable, which hosts our website. Pages are delivered through Cloudflare's worldwide network, so they may be served from a data centre near you, including outside the UK and European Union.
• Lovable Cloud, provided with Supabase on Amazon Web Services, which stores our database and files in the European Union (Ireland).
• Lovable's email service, which sends our emails and handles names, email addresses and message content.

Where information is handled outside the UK, we rely on our providers' standard data protection terms to keep it protected.

We keep booking and health records for 7 years after your last treatment, and enquiries that don't go ahead for 12 months. We keep financial records for 6 years. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies and local storage

We only use essential browser storage, to remember your treatment selection, your cookie preference and secure admin sign-in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. You can revisit your choices using Cookie preferences in the footer.

Your rights

You have the right to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a portable copy. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Contact us to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
