Good to know
Party policies
Bookings for 3 or more guests follow our pamper-party terms.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before your party.
- Treatments for each guest are finalised 7 days before.
- We need 7 days' notice to cancel.
- Please provide two large bath towels per guest.
