As Mobile Spa Company is reserved for adults only, children under the age of 16 years are not permitted to undergo any type of treatment.
All treatments are subject to availability.
A minimum spend of £45 is required per booking.
Any group consisting of four or more clients will be subject to the T&C’s of pamper parties.
We reserve the right to alter your treatments and/or times on the day if necessary. We will always try our best to reschedule to a mutually suitable date and/or time.
Please note that treatment time includes health consultation as well as your chosen treatment.
Mobile Spa Company will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage or consequential loss, however caused, to our clients’ property and belongings unless it is solely due to the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability for personal injury or death resulting from the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to availability.
Mobile Spa Company reserves the right at any time, and without prior notice, to change the terms and conditions.
We will arrive up to 15 minutes in advance of your treatment, to allow you time to complete your health questionnaire prior to your treatments.

Methods of payment
We accept all major credit cards.
Gift vouchers can be used to secure bookings but will be treated as the deposit payment and therefore subject to the deposit and cancellation T&C’s.

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise for promotional purposes)
Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the day of visit will make the deposit non-redeemable. Providing we have a minimum of 48 hours’ notice we will permit the transfer of the pre-payment to a future date once within 3 months of the original date. All deposits are non-refundable except in mitigating circumstances and will be at the discretion of Mobile Spa Company.
Late arrival
Regrettably, late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduction of treatment time or even cancellation if the treatment cannot be performed in the time left available. In some circumstances we may be able to re-schedule your treatment time if you are late however this is often not possible due to the busy nature of the company and therapists.
Health conditions
Please ensure you have informed us of any medical conditions, however big or small prior to your treatment(s). For expectant mothers we have specially designed treatments for during pregnancy or nursing mothers. If you are unsure which treatment is suitable for you, or if you have a specific health condition, we suggest you allow our specialists to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable by calling us on 07541 550080.
A full consultation will be completed with you on arrival but if your therapist identifies contra-indications your chosen treatment may need to be changed or you may be unable to have your chosen treatment.
Pregnancy
Please note that during the first trimester (weeks 1 – 12) we can only offer facials, manicures and pedicures. No body treatments will be offered during this period. From the second trimester (13 weeks) we can offer facials, manicures, pedicures and our Prenatal Massage; no other body treatments will be offered. Pamper Parties & Large Groups
We require 7 days' notice when cancelling any pamper party or large group booking. Failure to comply with the cancellation policies will result in your deposit being withheld.
We require a non refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance 7 days prior to your booking. Your deposit may be transferred to another booking once if the cancellation policies are adhered to (please see cancellation policies below). If your treatments are within the next 7 days, we require the full balance at the time of booking.
For all pamper parties and large group bookings, we ask you to provide two large bath towels per guest.
Treatments will need to be decided and finalised 7 days prior to the booking, or at the time of booking where this is already within the next 7 days.
If a guest from your group needs to cancel, for any reason outside of the cancellation policy then the treatment cannot be refunded. The treatments can be passed on to another member of the group assuming they have no contraindications for this treatment.
Parking
If free parking is unavailable at your chosen address, any parking charges over £5 that our therapists incur will be added to the final treatment bill.
Deposits
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit can be used, only once again to reschedule the appointment when the cancellation policies are adhered to. Once the treatment has been rescheduled once, the deposit will now be non-transferable should you wish to cancel or reschedule again.
Treatments cannot be booked or held without a deposit.
